David Catalana is a lifelong South Jersey business and community leader dedicated to building organizations that create opportunity, strengthen families, and give back. He is the Founder of Mission Pallet LLC, a Bridgeton-based, mission-driven manufacturer of new and recycled wooden pallets committed to sustainable growth and local job creation. Before launching Mission Pallet, David spent more than three decades as Vice President of Sales at Cumberland Dairy, where he helped expand the company’s retail and wholesale beverage business nationwide. He also played a key role as a Founding Member of Innovation Foods, a Millville-based food manufacturer known for its commitment to quality and innovation.

Beyond business, David’s leadership extends deep into the nonprofit world. He serves as President of the Board of Trustees for Hendricks House Group, guiding programs that support recovery and rehabilitation in South Jersey, and as Executive Director of the Shoot Down Cancer Foundation, which raises funds for the Oncology Division of The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia through community basketball events. He is also a Member of the Board of Directors at the Cumberland Cape Atlantic YMCA and recently completed a five-year term as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey.

A passionate advocate for youth development and teamwork, David spent more than 25 years coaching varsity basketball at St. Augustine Preparatory School, where he helped mentor countless student-athletes on and off the court. From the boardroom to the basketball court, David Catalana has built his career around service, leadership, and the belief that strong communities are built by people who care enough to give back.
