Wayne Wagner is the president of Vizionary Wealth Management, a financial planning firm focused on helping clients build and manage long-term wealth with values-driven planning. A faith-centered leader and entrepreneur, he believes success comes from working hard, working smart, and investing in other people. Deeply influenced by a mentor who helped share his own life, Wayne has made mentorship an important part of his mission, guiding his son, mentoring young people, and changing the direction of a young boy’s future through leadership and encouragement.
He is also deeply committed to giving back globally and locally. Wayne helped start and fund a private school in Salem County, New Jersey, where he served in a leadership role for 13 years and he also works with the nonprofit NEEMA Project, supporting education and opportunities for at-risk girls in Kenya.
In addition to his financial planning work, he is also actively involved in entrepreneurial ventures, including the sunglasses brand 96 Shades. Through leadership, mentorship, faith, and service, Wayne continues to focus on helping others grow, succeed, and live with intention.
