Tim Jennings, founder of Telecorp Technologies, has spent over 25 years in the communications industry. Throughout his career, he has focused on building strong teams, developing individuals, and creating businesses founded on respect and integrity. He attributes much of his success to how you treat your employees and everyone around you, emphasizing respect, relationships, and leading by example. Tim believes that with failure comes evolution, highlighting the importance of challenges as opportunities to learn, adapt, and grow professionally and personally.
In late 2020, Tim launched “Walkin’ and Talkin’ with Tim”, where he conducted informal, fun interviews with local leaders, business owners, and influential community members. After completing over 100 interviews, he decided to host a yearly 5k event, with all proceeds benefiting nonprofit organizations. This initiative eventually evolved into Walk the Talk with Tim, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and empowering other nonprofits and individuals in need within the community.
Tim’s dedication to service is also reflected in his roles as the former President of the Greater Woodbury Chamber of Commerce and current Board Member of both Nor’ Easter Nick’s Rainy Day Project and Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity.
Tune in this week to hear more about Tim’s journey, leadership philosophy, and how he combines business success and community service to make a difference.
